Alter & Pearson regularly assists property owners in more specialized real estate transfers and conveyances including 1031 Exchanges, boundary line agreements, lot line adjustments and reconfiguration and lot splits, and common driveway agreements.  Our attorneys are skilled in the performance of complex title work and title analysis, resolving title issues and title insurance claims.  We work closely with towns and utility companies and can assist property owners with respect to conservation easements, utility easements, dedicated open space and restrictive covenants.
