The land use practice group is the firm's most active. Robin Messier Pearson, Peter Jay Alter, Christopher J. Smith and Meghan A. Hope have made careers representing the interests of landowners, builders and real estate developers throughout Connecticut. Often times applications contain complex legal and political issues which can be difficult to navigate.
