Meghan A. Hope

Meghan A. Hope focuses her practice on representing landowners and developers in zoning and land use matters. Mrs. Hope helps guide her clients through the various steps of the municipal permitting process, and she appears before municipal land use agencies in applications for multi-family developments, subdivisions, mixed-use projects and commercial developments.

 

Mrs. Hope also focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration, conservatorships and guardianships. She works with clients to understand their goals, and she prepares estate planning documents to meet their needs. Mrs. Hope represents Fiduciaries during estate settlement and also conservatorship and guardianship matters before Connecticut Probate Courts.

 

Mrs. Hope attended St. Thomas University School of Law, receiving the Best Student Awards for Elder Law and Estate Planning. During law school she served as a judicial intern with the Honorable Celeste Hardee Muir of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Probate Division in Miami, Florida. Prior to joining Alter & Pearson, LLC, Mrs. Hope served as a judicial fellow with the Honorable Matthew D. Carafiello of the court of Common Pleas, Orphans Division in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
